When are you open for the season and what are your office hours?

Our regular camping season runs from May 1 to October 30.

Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Does my site have full hook-ups?

All sites have water, sewer (internal) and 30-amp electricity.

Is hydro included in the seasonal site fee?

No, hydro is metered separately and paid in September of each calendar year.

Do you offer overnight sites?

No, we do not offer overnight sites. Please visit our other two parks in Port Dover and Glasgow, Ontario for overnight sites.

Do you offer sites for tents?

We are strictly a trailer, RV and motorhome campground. We do not allow tents at our park (sleeping tents, gazebos, dining tents, etc).

Do you have seasonal sites available?

What is the seasonal camping rate?

Our 2024 Seasonal Rates begin at $4,875 + HST.

Do you have trailers for sale?

Yes, CLICK HERE to view trailers for sale.

Can I rent out my trailer?

No, Highland Campers cannot rent their trailers. Campers must be present for their visitors.

Can I send personal mail to my trailer?

No. Personal mail must be sent to your primary address or to a local post office.

How many vehicles can we park on site?

Only one vehicle is allowed per site.

Can we store a kayak on our site?

Yes. Kayaks are allowed to be stored under your trailer.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. We are a pet-friendly facility. One pet per site is permitted. Campers are solely responsible for any injuries their pet causes to others and damages their pet creates to property.

Can my pet go swimming in the community pool?

No, pets are not permitted inside the community pool area or other common areas.

Can two families be on a seasonal contract?

One family is permitted per seasonal contract which consists of 2 adults and 2 unmarried children under 18 years of age.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, Highland RV Resort prides itself on being a quiet park. Campers are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times (including radio & other electronics), especially between the hours of 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM which is strictly enforced.

Is there a fee for visitors?

Yes, visitors (daily rate) is $5.00 each. Overnight visitors (daily rate) is $10.00 each. Campers may purchase a Seasonal Visitors Pass for $200.00 (for further detail please contact our office). Taxes included on all visitors fees.

Are we permitted to have campfires?

Each site has a pit for small campfires. Please see office for campfire details.

Can I bring firewood?

Highland RV Resort has wood for sale at the office. We do not allow outside firewood.

Does the Pool with Spa have lifeguards?

Our pool with spa are swim at your own risk. Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times.

Is mini golf open to the public?

Yes. Please call ahead of your visit to confirm availbility and book a time to play. We accept cash payment for mini-golf patrons.

Is there a beach nearby?

Yes! The closest beach is located at Rock Point Provincial Park only 2 mins or 2 KMs away. Passes for free access to Rock Point PP are available at the office. For more information visit https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/rockpoint

Do you offer boat storage?

Highland RV Resort offers both winter and summer boat storage. Contact our office for pricing. Limited spaces are available.

How far are you from town?

We are 10 minutes to Dunnville downtown, and just under an hour drive to Niagara Falls or Port Dover.

Who is responsible for lawn care?

Campers are responsible to maintain their lawn and gardens.
