Q: When are you open for the season and what are your office hours?
A: In Season Hours (May 1 - week after Thanksgiving):
Monday - Saturday: 10 am - 12 noon & 1 pm - 4 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 2 pm
Off Season Hours:

Q: Does my site have full hook-ups?
A: All sites have water, sewer and 30-amp electricity.
Q: Do you offer overnight sites?
A: No, we do not offer overnight sites. Please visit our other two parks in Port Dover and Glasgow, Ontario for overnight sites.
Q: Do you offer sites for tents?
A: We are strictly a trailer/RV campground. We do not allow tents at our park (sleeping tents, gazebos, dining tents, etc.).
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes. We are a pet friendly facility. Campers are solely responsible for any injuries their pet causes to others and damages their pet creates to property.
Q: Can two families be on a seasonal contract?
A: One family is permitted per seasonal contract which consists of 2 adults and 2 unmarried children under 18 years of age.
Q: How many vehicles can we park on site?
A: Only one vehicle is allowed per site.
Q: Can we store a kayak on our site?
A: Yes. Kayaks are allowed to be stored under your trailer.
Q: Do you offer boat storage?
A: Highland RV Resort offers both winter and summer boat storage. Contact our office for pricing. Limited spaces are available.
Q: Is there a fee for visitors?
A: Yes, visitors (daily rate) is $4.00 each. Overnight visitors (daily rate) is $6.00 each. Seasonal Visitors Pass $150.00 (for further detail please contact our office).
Q: Are we permitted to have campfires?
A: Each site has a pit for small campfires. Please see office for campfire details.
Q: Can I bring firewood?
A: Highland RV Resprt has wood for sale at the office for $7.00 per bag. We do not allow outside firewood.
Q: Does the beach and Pool with Spa have lifeguards?
A: Our beach and pool with spa are swim at your own risk. Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times.
Q: How far are you from town?
A: We are 10 minutes to Dunnville downtown, and just under an hour drive to Niagara Falls or Port Dover.
